PLEASE NOTE: If you have upgraded to 7.3, or if you plan to in the near future, you MUST follow the Lightroom 7.3 instructions (above) in order for certain presets to work properly!Īfter pressing the “Show Lightroom Presets Folder” button you should see your file system display the Lightroom presets folder on your computer. Installing Lightroom Presets on Adobe Lightroom CC 7.2 or Older If you have existing presets you wish to keep, prior to installing, please be sure to backup your existing presets as shown in Step 2.ī. Once the presets have been copied into the CameraRaw folder on your computer, simply close and then re-open Lightroom and the presets should appear! Viola! MAC USERS: You will be prompted to “replace” existing folders which will ERASE all presets within the Settings and LocalCorrections Preset folders. Copy or drag and drop your downloaded presets into the CameraRaw Folder that we opened in Step 1. Once your existing presets are backed up, simply install the Lightroom Preset System (or new presets) by dragging and dropping the folders from your download, into the folder on your computer as shown below:Ī. Upgrade Note: If you already have a previous version of the Lightroom Preset System, or the Camera Raw (Adobe Bridge) Preset System, installing a new version will create duplicate presets.
